We love to see our geckos physically active during PE, recess, during music, and classroom learning! It is so important people of all ages, but especially elementary-aged children, exercise each day...So we want to give you some opportunities to get physically active at home, too! These resources can be used by students and families alike! Visit this page often to see if there are new resources. We will update this page when we find new and awesome activities for you to participate in at home!

Go Noodle!: Check out gonoodle.com and join by using an e-mail and creating a password. You can use a "demo class" or create a new group to represent your family. Go Noodle has a variety of different pre-screened brain breaks. Videos on this site include Zumba, active dance songs, races to run and much more. All brain breaks are free. Your "class" can earn virtual encouragement and awards for logging in and participating in brain breaks.
